Before You Book — Please Read

Before reserving your session, please review the following policies carefully. This helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help!


Basic Sessions

Time: 15 minutes (for a mini session)

30 minutes (for a 3 month to a one year old milestone session)

45–60 minutes (for a full session)

Note: Your session begins at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will reduce your session length.

Includes: 1 location and 1–2 outfits

Sessions must be within 10 miles of Jennings, LA or travel fees apply

  • I prioritize lighting over scenery for the best image quality. If the lighting at your preferred location is not ideal, I will choose an alternate spot to ensure your images turn out beautifully. Thank you for trusting my expertise!


PHOTO DELIVERY

  • You'll receive a guarantee of 15 edited images for mini sessions.
  • 30 edited images for a full session
  • (photos will be chosen by photographer) you will receive a downloadable online gallery with a print release allowing you to print your images at any lab of your choice.
  • you will receive your gallery within 10 business days
  • Add-on: USB with your gallery available for $20

EDITING POLICY

My editing is clean, natural, and timeless. Included editing covers:

✔ Basic color/exposure adjustments

✔ Cropping and light skin softening

What’s not included unless extra editing is purchased:

✘ Removing objects/people

✘ Body reshaping or liquify tools

✘ Skin retouching (acne, bruises, tan lines)

✘ Fixing clothing or glare from glasses

For advanced edits, outsourced retouching may be available at $20 per image (paid by client).

GLASSES & GLARE

  • If you wear glasses daily, I recommend wearing them during your session to feel like yourself.
  • I cannot remove glare, blue light reflections, or transition lens effects in post-editing.
  • Love a specific image but want the glare removed? I can outsource editing for $20 per image.

STYLE NOTE

  • Lighting varies dramatically between indoor and outdoor settings, so your final gallery may differ slightly in tone or warmth depending on your session type.
  • Tip: Avoid dark clothing that may appear faded on camera, and brush off lint/pet hair before arrival.

SCHEDULING

  • Weekends book fast — weekdays are usually more flexible.
  • If you have a specific date in mind, please book early to secure your preferred time.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

  • A non-refundable $50 retainer + $4 PayPal fee is required to secure your session date.
  • Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • The retainer is non-transferable and cannot be applied to other dates or sessions.
I often coordinate childcare and turn down other clients for your spot — so your retainer reserves that time for you.

Remaining balance is due at your session:

  • Cash preferred (exact amount, no change available)
  • Checks accepted (images released after check clears — up to 14 days)

WEATHER & GROUND CONDITIONS

  • If it’s raining at your session time, we’ll reschedule.
  • If the ground is wet but not raining, we’ll proceed with standing/dry poses.
